Description
I often don't know when there any new release's of parabola ISO's , please make it as annual news in parabola website. There are good example from manjaro in the file,s below.

Parabola operates on a rolling release model; there is no need to download one of the ISO images after installing Parabola for the first time. To update your system, just use the pacman package manager (e.g., "pacman -Syyu").
