parabola special system settings

Description
some linux distro have it's distro specific setting manager to echance it's system (ex:opensuse yast). may I suggest to create one for parabola. some feature example are:
-conf files manager
-default shell swicther
-login manager swicther
-repository manager
-sytemd init manager
-etc...

-chaces manager
-conf files backup-er
-user profiles,passwords,and privilages manager
-packages downgrade-er

Not sure it could be possible.
Every user have their own way of use, some use gnome, other ratpoison ...
And that is just for the desktop or windows manager.
I have tried to search for one in ArchLinux and it does not seems to have one.

as you can see there is different one for each type of use.

thanks for the info. I'm just wondering if we can make cross setting manager ex: opensuse yast, someone even had trying to import it to ubuntu. I think this is because yast is a application so it wont interfere with window manager.
