I argue that both the port and the guides are mature enough to be exposed to the general audience, even though the bootloader situation isn't yet as good as we want. Knowledgeable ARM board owners could easily get Parabola installed on their systems, and quality of these wiki pages could benefit from them.

So someone is needed with edit privileges to make the change.
