Seeks quit working.

Description

When connecting to: http://localhost:8080/, Connection refused. When trying to run Seeks in a terminal, "seeks: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.48: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". My architecture is i686. I can't figure out what these shared libraries are, and I have no idea how I broke Seeks, which was running fine for days if not weeks.

Needs a rebuild or update after updating icu.

There was an update, so Seeks needs to find libicui18n.so.49 instead.

also needs to point to libicuuc.so.49 and libicudata.so.49

The update fixed this. I removed my 48 symlinks to 49 and restarted (since I start Seeks as daemon on this computer), so I'm sure it's working. Thanks

upgrading opencv from 2.3.1_a-4 to 2.4.0-1 broke it again: "seeks: error while loading shared libraries: libopencv_core.so.2.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
