Execv fails and unknown media types when upgrading

Description
I get the following errors when updating:
:: Running post-transaction hooks... (1/3) Updating icon theme caches... call to execv failed (Permission denied) error: command failed to execute correctly (2/3) Updating the desktop file MIME type cache... (3/3) Updating the MIME type database... Unknown media type in type 'all/all' Unknown media type in type 'all/allfiles'
Is this a bug or should I fix something or just ignore these?
