Enable [pcr] in /etc/pacman.conf, I have updated the YaCy package to latest version.
To run:
systemctl start yacy --> localhost:8090

What are the 'pcr' and 'nonprism' repo into the /etc/pacman.conf and why they are not activated by default?

You should ask this question on the "dev" mailing list:

It can be changed if enough people are interested. The reason I think is because pcr is community supported repo (not official libre package) and nonprism is more secure at the expense of features in each application.

I don't understand why a libre-software (GPL license) package, apparently respectful with user rights and stable (like 'yacy') is not available for all users. 🤔
Maybe I should write it on dev@lists.parabola.nu.
