[Icedove] Buggy GUI

Description

Hi, just upgraded to latest version of Icedove, but I had to downgrade due to a bug in the GUI, I attach screenshots. It happens on both, [libre] and [nonprism] versions.

DE: KDE Plasma 5.10.2, KDE Frameworks 5.35.0
Qt version: 5.9.0
Architecture: x86_64

I know what caused this and fixed the cause - rebuild is in progress.

this should be resolved now. nonprism build will go live in a couple of minutes
