Description

Every now and then, when I right click on the menu bar in LXDE the menu either crashes and starts again (blinks) or completely crashes.
For some reason the more it crashes within a single session, the faster it starts crashing when I restart it. Here's the output from terminal:

[tatsumaru@tathagata ~]$ lxpanel

** (lxpanel:9723): WARNING **: The directory '~/Templates' doesn't exist, ignoring it

** (lxpanel:9723): WARNING **: launchbar: desktop entry does not exist

** (lxpanel:9723): WARNING **: launchbar: desktop entry does not exist

(lxpanel:9723): Wnck-WARNING **: Unhandled action type _OB_WM_ACTION_UNDECORATE

Segmentation fault

this is usually due to one of the plugins crashing - it would probably need to some troubleshooting or debugging to determine which one - did you add any plugins other than the defaults?

Not sure what plugins are, but I don't think I have installed any. This occurs in LXDE+Trisquel+SystemD as well, but not in LXDE+Arch+SystemD.

by plugins i mean - right click the panel and choose "panel settings"- then select the "panel applets" tab - compare the lists on a system where you see the problem to that same list on the system that does not have the problem - you may find there are some differences that may be a clue

in the worse case you would need to run lxpanel under gdb and try to make it crash to get a better backtrace
