Description
Steps:
1. sudo pacman -S unar
2. sudo pacman -Syu
Expected results: everything is updated successfully.
Actual results:
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies) :: unar: installing icu (61.1-1) breaks dependency 'icu<61'
