Description
https://parabola.nu/packages/powerdevil, this package is found in the web database but missing in mirrors somewhy, this is led to changing system-wide screen brightness is needed to be done from LXQt and the every Plasma-related sessions don't auto lock the screen.

This should be fixed now. It may be a bit before mirrors get the fix--you can use repomirror.parabola.nu to only get up-to-date mirrors.
