[kdenlive] Add missing optional dependency frei0r-plugins (which is already in Parabola)

Description

When starting kdenlive, a warning message appears in a GUI:

Missing package: Frei0r effects (frei0r-plugins)
provides many effects and transitions. Install recommended

The package manager 

# pacman -Q -i kdenlive
doesn't give any hints about installing it:
Optional Deps   : ffmpeg: for FFmpeg plugin [installed]
                  cdrtools: for creation of DVD ISO images
                  dvdauthor: for creation of DVD [installed]
                  dvgrab: for firewire capture [installed]
                  recordmydesktop: for screen capture [installed]
                  xine-ui: for DVD preview [installed]
                  vlc: for DVD preview [installed]
                  plasma-desktop: theme configuration [installed]

However a package for it exist in Parabola:

community/frei0r-plugins 1.6.1-5
    A minimalistic plugin API for video sources and filters
