i back-ported a patch from calamares upstream that may have fixed this problem for you - to try it with the same ISO you have, you would need to run the following command before starting the installer:

$ sudo pacman -U https://repo.parabola.nu/pool/parabola/calamares-3.1.9-parabola10-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
