[xfce4] Turning off the computer while XFCE has darkened the screen keeps that brightness on boot

Description
As the title says, if XFCE is darkening the brightness due to my settings that for example it should darken to 20% if no activity has been made in 40 seconds. This brightness is saved on shutdown and kept on login so the screen is darkened when it should be bright.
