[ppc64le] Cannot boot on Talos II

Description
I transfered the image parabola-powerpc64le.qcow2 with 'dd' to a USB drive and inserted it into a Talos II for booting it. It doesn't show up at Petitboot and is thus not bootable.

Instructed user that .qcow is not a raw image, and to use qcow-img to convert it
