you seem to have the [libre-testing] repo enabled - that is not recommended except for extraordinary circumstances

i would firstly remove icecat and its dependencies entirely

# pacman -Rsc icecat

then comment [libre-testing] from your /etc/pacman.conf and run pacman -Syu again

the icecat in [libre] is working fine today so you should eb able to re-install that afterward

did you try siomply removing libquicktime ?

  1. pacman -R libquicktime

im sorry i can not read spanish well - i am only guessing here

I forgot to tell you that I flagged out-of-date on 2018-08-17 the 'libquicktime' due to 'icu dependency outdate' issue again.

And it was fixed immediately. :) (x64 at least)

The option for flag is not for this purpose. Please stop doing this.

I guessing that is because I rebuilt libquicktime against the new x264 this morning thus eliminating some conflicts. So I'll close this one.
Nevermind it already was marked fixed.
