the [*testing] repos should normally not be used, unless you have a very specific reason to. even then, it would be only a temporary situation
so, this is not a bug. the [*testing] repos are not intended to be stable or sane. i.e. it is not wise to run `pacman -Syu` while any *-testing repo is enabled
if you have gotten yourself into trouble doing so, you will need to disable the [*testing] repos, then re-install or downgrade any packages you installed from those repos, in this case, it must have been some QT lib

i redact that previous comment - after some discussion, i learned that the arch testing repos are intended to be sane and usable by everyone; though i would still contend that they should normally not be used, unless there is a very specific (temporary) reason to - so, the previous comment is entirely true only for the dev's personal repos (i.e. [~lukeshu]) - i do think that some of the parabola devs (at least myself with [pcr-testing]) were treating them as experimental; but i dont think that is the cause for this particular bug report
the parabola mission statement says we should strive to stay as close to arch as possible - so this would be a legitimate bug
it was suggested that, in this case, the problem would clear up with a `pacman -Syu` re-sync or maybe you have some custom packages (e.g. from the AUR) that were built against an older QT version

temporaryuser -
there are currently no QT libs in any testing repo https://www.parabola.nu/packages/?sort=&arch=x86_64&repo=Community-Testing&repo=Kernels-Testing&repo=Libre-Multilib-Testing&repo=Libre-Testing&repo=Multilib-Testing&repo=Nonprism-Multilib-Testing&repo=Nonprism-Testing&repo=Pcr-Multilib-Testing&repo=Pcr-Testing&repo=Testing&q=&maintainer=&flagged=
do you still have a problem after running `pacman -Syu` ?
did you install any packages from AUR ?
which testing repo are you using ? - there are several
- testing
- libre-testing
- community-testing
- pcr-testing
- pcr-multilib-testing
- kernels-testing
- multilib-testing
- libre-multilib-testing
- nonprism-testing
- nonprism-multilib-testing
why exactly are you using any testing repo? - what are you trying to accomplish?
