[keepassxc] pulls in systemd (conflicts with elogind)

Description
when pulling in keepassxc, pacman also attempts to resolve dependencies by pulling in systemd-tools and systemd. keepassxc should not depend on any init system though, not sure why that is happening
currently, this conflicts with a system which makes use of elogind/openrc, as elogind and systemd are not compatible together

it seems this is an issue with more packages too, and i guess this might be an upstream issue (?) not sure

through #parabola irc i was made aware that the openrc-desktop meta set exists, as well as systemd-dummy . i wasn't aware of either, and those resolve the dependcy issues i experienced
