Unlike the i686 package, the armv7h and x86_64 packages both retain some CUDA support in the form of CUDA-related files in the package.

I don't know whether CUDA support has been effectively removed or not due to the lack of cudnn in the repos, but there are still tons of CUDA-related files in the package.
