I guess that libcec shall be dependency of plasma-remotecontrollers

Now libcec is optional dependence https://www.parabola.nu/packages/extra/x86_64/plasma-remotecontrollers/
You can install it next command:
$ doas pacman -S --asdeps libcec
Also, "This package comes from Arch" (bug report not found) https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/plasma-remotecontrollers/
The program does not completely work without libcec dependence?
