Description
Currently, js78 for x86_64 is only present in community repo, which is obsolete. It's a required dependency for nonsystemd/polkit.

the package is not precisely "missing" from the repos - it was dropped intentionally - the polkits will need to be rebuilt or upgraded
more precisely, the community repo is not "obsolete" but "deprecated" - it still exists; but there are zero packages available in it now - if your pacman still shows any packages available in the community repo, you need to run `pacman -Sy` or `pacman -Syy` - everyone will need to run the latter command eventually
