i do not plan to make a replacement for 'kaccounts-providers' - its only dependent is 'kio-gdrive' which i would not expect many complaints about - frankly, i would expect more complaints if we kept it

its only dependent ('kde-network-meta') needs a few depends removed which also depend on webengine - the other 'k-*-meta' packages are from that same PKGBUILD

if that were the only issue, this may be do-able - however, the following dependents also went along for the ride:

  • kio-gdrive
    <- kde-network-meta
  • kde-applications-meta
  • kde-accessibility-meta
  • kde-education-meta
  • kde-games-meta
  • kde-graphics-meta
  • kde-multimedia-meta
  • kde-office-meta
  • kde-pim-meta
  • kde-sdk-meta
  • kde-system-meta
  • kde-utilities-meta
  • kdevelop-meta

in doing so, even after all first-order webengine dependents were removed from these meta-packages, installing them exposed a cascade of unsatisfied dependencies (my hunch is that they are most or all higher-order webengine dependents)
i will add these to #2012
