pacman -Syu succeeds
- actual result:
:: installing pacman (6.1.0-3.parabola1) breaks dependency 'pacman<6.1' required by libretools

i noticed a few days ago when i upgraded pacman in libre-testing - ive been working on libretools since then; but it is taking longer than i expected, and i wanted to get pacman into libre to fix #3606 - there is a libretools in libre-testing which is compatible with the latest pacman; only its `librerelease` is broken
