[gnash] Depends on old version of libboost_program_options

Description
Gnash reports an error:
/usr/bin/gtk-gnash: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_program_options.so.1.55.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
$ scanelf -plRqN libboost_program_options.so.1.55.0
libboost_program_options.so.1.55.0 /usr/bin/gtk-gnash
libboost_program_options.so.1.55.0 /usr/bin/sdl-gnash
libboost_program_options.so.1.55.0 /usr/bin/dump-gnash
Apparently I have a newer version installed:
$ locate libboost_program_options
/usr/lib/libboost_program_options.so
/usr/lib/libboost_program_options.so.1.56.0

aur/gnash-trunk-git is not buildable now because it's broken upstream: http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?43198
pcr/gnash (same as aur/gnash) is also not buildable. It does not support the current giflib version used by Parabola which is 5.1: http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?42574
