[povray] no access permission for /usr/share/povray-3.7

Description
the `/usr/share/povray-3.7/` directory is missing read and open dir permissions for all. this is fixed by running `chmod -R o=g /usr/share/povray-3.7` as root but it should be fixed in the package.
