Description

As of now, this package requires a Google API key, which can only be obtained by logging into Google's services (and having an account in the first place). I'm not sure if this constitutes a freedom issue, but I figured I'd report it all the same.

Here is what the package now says on installation or update:

  1. Google is now requiring an API key in order to access YouTube Data web services. # Create a "Browser Key" at https://console.developers.google.com and put it in # /etc/profile.d/minitube.sh as the GOOGLE_API_KEY environmental variable.

It was rejected...
