[iceweasel] doesn't allow me to log in to Flickr

Description

Basically, I keep being redirected to https://www.flickr.com/register_cookies.gne every time I try. I've not had cookie-related issues with Iceweasel anywhere else.

Have you tried: iceweasel --safe-mode --> about:preferences#privacy --> Make sure "Accept Cookies From Sites" is checked?

May be a browser configuration issue rather than a bug.

I can log in to Flickr with iceweasel 1:61.0.2-1.parabola1.
