this is the current list of 'icu' dependents for i686 systems - each time 'icu' is upgraded in arch32, the 'icu-parabola' package should be upgraded to the same version as arch32, then each of these packages should be rebuilt against the upgraded 'icu', with sodeps for each 'icu*.so', then the 'icu-parabola' package should be upgraded to the same version as arch32 'icu*.so'
