[evolution] Remembers GnuPG password but not SMTP password

Description

When I use Evolution and send many emails I have to type in the SMTP password for each email while the GPG Signing system is fine with a one time + timelimit on the password memory.

This is inconsistent.

This is probably the same issue as #1937
Please install and get gnome-keyring functioning properly.
