this is really a duplicate of #1873 - i just closed that ticket today and made it a sub-task of #2164, so that it would not be forgotten; but 'firefox-extension-privacybadger' is already listed on #2164 as one that could be removed from the blacklist- it would be best to re-use the existing ticket; as the blacklist reference
any blacklisted package is automatically a packaging request for it's replacement - that is probably why oaken-source left it open, until #2164 was decided
