Description
Found an issue with the build date in a package name:
- steps to reproduce:
pacman -Syu
- expected result:
To be able to upgrade the system as usual
- actual result:
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies) :: installing ncurses (6.4_20230520-1) breaks dependency 'ncurses=6.4' required by lib32-ncurses

also 'lib32-libtiff' and probably others - this is related to #3501

note that nothing is known to be broken because of this; but some multilib packages may not be installable until #3501 is resolved - as a workaround for now:
# pacman -U https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/l/lib32-libtiff/lib32-libtiff-4.5.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/l/lib32-ncurses/lib32-ncurses-6.4_20230520-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
