error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)

yeap, the 'icu' sodeps were added to the last version - this ticket needs to be associated with the STICKY 'icu' epic (#2047)
- NOTE: it is not necessary to re-build the entire chain of dependents, as each 'qt5-base' release requires (#3421)
- TODO: check that the above it true, and add that note to the PKGBUILD
- qutebrowser has no problem with it - TODO: create new sticky tickets for i686 and armv7h
