Super new to parabola , fresh installed from lxde iso. does anyone know the solution to this ?

unless you are installing onto a thinkpad with libreboot, i would not use that LXDE ISO from 2019 - it is not intended to be used for normal installs - it can be made to work for those who need it; but it would be much easier to re-install using the current CLI ISO instead, and following the install guide

to get past that first snag, you will need to disable signature checking, as described in the install guide section 4.6.1

, then install all of the needed keyrings as in section 4.6, then re-enabling signature checking
but that is not all - you would still have more work to do after that
