Hello! Please see the attached file for my problem. Due to posting restrain I couldn't write anything meaning full here.

Most likely you missed installing/enabling: tor-openrc
Using openRC you'll have to pay close attention as it is a lot more hands on then systemd
You can check if tor is started with:
netstat -tuvna | grep 905
you should see tor a listening socket listed there.
if not try:
rc-status tor
to get a sense of what is going wrong (This of course after making sure that openrc-tor is installed and enabled)
