Description

ICU dependence is affecting the following applications:

Mozilla-based applications: Iceweasel, Icedove, IceCat, Iceape
Misc.: UNAR

Actually, the dependences of the quoted applications is with ICU 60.1, breaking the dependence with the actual version of the component in question, which haves the version 60.2.
