If you'll visit package's page (https://www.parabola.nu/packages/libre/any/your-freedom/), you will see that a lot of links are clickable and user can freely install non-free from Parabola repo.

Parabola repo does not contain nonfree software. Links are only in Parabolaweb, but you cannot download nonfree software.

vgnu is right, if i go to that page and click on the packages listed as conflicting, i see the profile of unfree packages, though trying to download them throws the expected 404 error.
i guess it's related to when db-sync allowed unfree packages through, but doesn't parabolaweb remove packages when it reloads the databases? lukeshu?

The files databases list blacklisted packages, it's not a ParabolaWeb issue.

I'm closing this bug, the described situation doesn't exist anymore.
